Our veterinary technicians contribute to the health and well being of our patients every day by delivering outstanding, high quality vet tech services. They assist Clinicians and other medical staff members with procedures which may include (but are not limited to) specialty care, emergency care, intensive care, surgical assisting, radiography, anesthesiology, laboratory procedures, administering treatments, animal nursing, animal restraint and handling, preventative care, clinical research, etc. within assigned service area as well as across functions as needed or based on area of interest and training. Hourly Salary Range: Vet Tech: $17.50 to $22.28 Senior Vet Tech: $22.36 to $29.07 Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials Veterinary Technician: Graduate of Veterinary Technician or equivalent program. Must be eligible for certification through MVMA/MAVT within one year of employment. Senior Veterinarian Technician: Graduate of Veterinary Technician or equivalent program, certified as MVMA/MAVT technician or must be eligible to transfer certification or licensure to Minnesota.
