Qualification Requirements
Educational/Training Requirement:
High School Diploma or GEDAssociates degree, preferredExperience:
Minimum of six months experience working as a MSR I, or related position in a financial institutionPrior sales experience, preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of general banking regulations and credit union policies and proceduresProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and using the webExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work with limited supervision and exercise judgementBasic knowledge of sales techniquesAvailable to travel to other branches and off-site company events when requiredPhysical Requirements:
The physical demands of the position require being able to stand for up to eight (8) hours per day, lift items weighing an estimated 5-10lbs or more and perform repetitive hand movements on a keyboard.
