Janler is seeking a Manufacturing Accountant to add to our hard-working team in Northwest Chicago, IL (Edison Park area).

With a highly experienced design and engineering team, Janler builds multi-cavity molds to exacting tolerances, providing the critical structural foundation for leading manufacturing companies.

　　**The ideal candidate will have Manufacturing Accounting experience. They must be able to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization, and handle the duties and responsibilities as listed:

　　Performs account reconciliations to ensure maintenance of accurate AP, AR and general ledger accounts.

　　Cash flow reporting and prepare bank deposits and reports.

　　Performs account reconciliations and assists with month end closings; prepares special journal entries. Closes subsidiary ledgers at month end.

　　Supports Controller with interim reporting and other duties. Supports year end preparations and participates in the annual audit.

　　Prepares new employee files for Human Resources; maintains employee files; generates initial employee payroll entry; schedules New Hire Orientation.

　　Prepares payroll bi-weekly.

　　Maintains Group Health, Dental insurance records including new enrollment and changes for monthly insurance billing.

　　Prepares vacation schedules for each department. Supports administration of Group Health, Life and Dental Insurance transactions.

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance, preferred.

　　Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting required.

　　Manufacturing accounting experience, preferred.

　　Experience working with Microsoft Office, Accounting system software, JobBoss a plus.

　　HR experience, a plus (i.e processing payroll/insurance)

　　Positive attitude and solid understanding of Total Customer Satisfaction.
