  We’re looking for a Data Acquisition Coordinator to join the ML Data Department.

  What you’ll do:

  Manage the data labeling and data capturing projects in support of AI algorithm development

  Collaborate with the team and oversee workflow processes for data labeling

  Define and implement efficient processes for new technical tools and task types

  Coordinate daily studio operations, including equipment coordination and guest registration

  Cultivate relationships with production vendors, casting agencies, and actors

  Participate in the shooting process, including camera calibration and model coordination

  Handle impromptu and urgent communications and organize the team for short-term and long-term tasks

  Prepare and organize documentation for film crew production teams

  Create the technical documentations for the tasks, presentations-reports, organizational spreadsheets, accounting and other documents

  Create technical documentations and manage the life cycle of contract workers (where needed)

  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  Ability to experiment in order to learn and identify creative solutions

  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, deftly keeping both short-term projects and long-term roadmaps on track

  Quick decision-making skills in critical situations

  Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships across time zones

  Ability to learn technical and management skills quickly

  Ability to work with Jira or other project /issue management software

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  1+ year in photo/video production

  Experience working with and communicating with technical teams or experience with technical documentation

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge of photo/video shooting equipment

  Experience with Jira and report building

  People management experience

  Compensation

  In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

  The base salary range for this position is $78,000-$105,000 annually.

  Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

  The base salary range for this position is $74,000-$100,000 annually.

  Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

  The base salary range for this position is $66,000-$89,000 annually.

  This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
