We are currently in search of an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a solid six months (or more!) of experience within the financial industry, encompassing both teller and new accounts responsibilities. As a Member Service Representative II, your role will be instrumental in assisting our valued members with a diverse range of financial services.
What your day will look like:
Utilize your knowledge of credit union products and services to provide expert assistance to members, ensuring inquiries and transactions are handled with precision and courtesyHandle various transactions and providing expert guidance to our membersBecome the go-to expert on teller transaction codes and check cashingManage accounts with the utmost attention to detailTake charge of issuing, reissuing, or hot carding ATM cards/Visa Debit cardsAssist members with any issues related to unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cardsBalance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessShowcase effective oral and written communication with all credit union employees Attend monthly staff meetings and actively participating in assigned training sessionsHandle incoming mail, night deposit mail, western union, and bank-to-bank wires with precision

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
The pay range:
$20.05 - $25.79.
An applicant with six months of financial institution experience (to include new accounts) can expect to start at $20.05 per hour
