About Medication Management Specialist

　　Location:Governors Square

　　Area/Department:Medication Management

　　F/T or P/T status:Full-time

　　Schedule/Hours:M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

　　Job Summary:

　　Provides direct oversight for the regulatory and accreditation requirements related to the pharmacy benefit. Completes initial coverage determinations for drugs that process under the medical benefit. Participates in data validation activities submitted for internal and external audits..

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) in the State of Florida or Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/ RPhT) by the state of Florida. Experience with MS Office software required. Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and to take after-hour calls as directed.
