Position SummaryThis position w ill be working with Individual Product and Implementation teams to support the Individual Medicare Product benefit system (IMP). Strong benefit data analysis and HRP claims platform experience required in order to act as point of contact for system enhancements. Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain Aetna membership. Creates and manages cross-functional project plan development and execution, understands technical aspects and details of execution, develops BRDs, SME for technical aspects of Request for Proposal responses, troubleshoots complex issues and executes special projects.
Required Qualifications Key skills are strategic thinking, communicating for impact, collaboration, and driving for results. Requires ability to be innovative and resourceful in developing solutions. Must have and impart a sense of urgency with key business partners.4+ Years of proven track record for product/program management skills in a matrixed environment, including product implementation4+ Years Medicare industry experience, specifically Medicare Advantage products such as product development, clinical, claims, operations, implementation2+ years’ experience in creating and managing complex projects Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of Medicare benefits.Strong Employer Group Medicare product and benefit knowledgeProphecy with Microsoft productsStrong Analytical Skills EducationBachelors degree or higher
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
