　　The Medicare CTM Analyst will fully research and resolve beneficiary complaints submitted to the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).

　　These complaints can include various issues and may require coordination with various departments in order to fully reach resolution. Responses must be timely and include member focused solutions in both written and oral format.

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$18.50 - $34.60

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
