  Project Outline:

  The Content Management group within Medical Writing is responsible for the development and operation of a recently introduced Structured Content Management platform using a software product called InteliNotion. The system went live in 2023 for two types of documents for Clinical Studies. We will be developing content models and configuring the system for additional document types during 2024. We will also be working on associated training materials and presentations as part of this process. You may participate and contribute to a range of activities in support of this work including content analysis, content modelling and content modularization. You will also learn how to configure information models, metadata and libraries within our platform.

  Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.

  Proven record of accomplishment of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity.

  Global mindset to grow in a diverse work environment.

  Fluent with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint, Visio or other diagramming software and any variety of database software is helpful but not essential.

  Strong analytical skills as well as excellent writing skills.

  Coursework in the life sciences would be helpful as well.

  Requirements / Qualifications:

  Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Takeda does not provide sponsorship for internship positions.

  Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), within the core business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.

  Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, MD student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.

  Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Takeda.

  Please note that Takeda does not provide intern housing or a housing stipend.

  The hourly pay rate range is $20.00 per hour - $46.00 per hour. The final pay rate offered for this internship may consider several factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
