　　Salary: $20.50 per hour

　　Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide an accurate daily schedule of clinical visits for hospice services

　　Processing and moving visits in Epic

　　Provide coverage of incoming telephone calls

　　Assist with processing the referrals

　　Provide administrative support, including entering data into clinical system applications, ordering Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and coordinating delivery and pick-up processing

　　Requirements:

　　3 years Recent hospital, nursing home, or home health experience.

　　2 years of experience as a general office assistant or equivalent in a medical environment(Required)

　　Epic experience (Required)

　　GED or High School Diploma
