As a Regional Director - Specialized Community Services (SCS), you will: Participate as a member of the team; fostering an environment which supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams and personal outcomes. Oversee the operations of multiple services and ensure quality services are delivered to the individuals we support; be available to support and maintain a safe and secure environment, 24/7 365 days. Oversee the completion of all duties assigned to the designated coordinator per 245D requirements. Have the skills and ability necessary to develop effective support plans and to design and use data systems to measure effectiveness of services and supports. Partners with Behavioral Analyst, Autism Specialists, Therapists, and medical professionals Provide structured continuity. A diverse workplace An outstanding reputation Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, and a minimum of one-year full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older, OR Associate degree in a field related to human services, and a minimum of two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older OR Diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and a minimum of three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities and/or persons aged 65 and older, OR Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in above clauses. 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience plus team building and leadership Experience working with individuals that display significant behavioral and/or medical supports. Driver's license is required. CPR certificate (when required), First Aid and Medication Administration training is also required but can be obtained after hire. Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required. Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
