　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Welcomes patients and visitors with a smile and friendly tone Checks patients in and out of the clinic Verifies patient identity and insurance Takes copayments in accordance with patients' insurance plans Schedules patient appointments and maintains the schedule as adjustments are required Displays complete understanding of patient check-in forms and clearly describes information to patients and visitors as needed Performs other duties as required

　　Required Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 6+ months of customer service experience Ability to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am - 7:00pm Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month from 7:30am -12:30pm

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　6+ months of medical office experience or medical knowledge Experience working with epic or Electric Medical Records Intermediate in general computer use and Microsoft Office Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Hindi

　　New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $16.00 to $27.31 per hour.
