　　Robert Half is partnering with a Quad Cities healthcare practice with a tight knit team to find a positive, driven individual to join their team. This Medical Receptionist will be an addition to the referral management department. You will enter referrals received from referring offices, call patients to schedule appointments and call follow up patients. There's additional potential to evolve and cross-train with other functions in the office to include providing coverage for other sites such as a Davenport office. We are seeking a team player who will make their patients feel welcome, understood, and cared for.

　　Requirements

　　· Experience as a Receptionist, Customer Support, Front Office or similar role is preferred.

　　· Experience handling multiple phone lines.

　　· Professional attitude and presence.

　　· Strong customer service skills.

　　· Excellent organizational skills.
