We are seeking a Marketing Operations Director that will drive forward marketing performance across the entire marketing organization by providing strategic recommendations and insights based on data to lead our agency utilization.

Agency Relationship Management Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with our four advertising and creative agencies serving as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with agency representatives to align strategies, expectations, and campaign objectives.
Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders for efficient distribution of information and outputs.
Agency Operational Management Responsibilities:
Lead prioritization of work and assignment to appropriate agency based on cost and scope across Tier 1, 2 and 3 agencies. Have insight into all work coming in, develop efficient approach to resource allocation and project initiation. Run Tollgate process for work approval and assignment.
Ensure resources are allocated most cost effectively across portfolio of service providers and partners.
Monitor agency response, quality, outputs, adhering to scope, and budgets and ensure efficient and on budget execution.
Manage all agency contracts, POs and invoices.
Assist in budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation for agency-related expenses.
Understand the creative process and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Monitor agencies burn rates to ensure budgets are being used effectively and efficiently.
The base salary range for this position is $$105,000-$156,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in operations roles

Skills

Key Performance Indicators: Knowledge of business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ability to use strategies and tools for defining and measuring progress toward goals.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
