Become a part of our EHS and Systems department
With direct reference to our Senior Business Support Manager, you will enter our EHS and Systems Department – a team at our headquarter in Bjerringbro, consisting of EHS Specialists and System & Process Specialists. The team is responsible for Environment, Energy, Health & Safety, and our Management system including Quality in Denmark.
More precisely, you will join a team consisting of 20 dedicated and motivated colleagues. We strive to ensure an efficient and robust management system that provides value for both managers and employees in their daily work, as well as ensuring our standards are met. You will be part of a team, who likes to work together, create improvements and assure strong support to the plants and functions. The team is full of energy, and we enjoy a good laugh.

What is the job about?
As our new System & Process Specialist, you will be responsible for internal audits and specifically Q / ISO 9001 area in our Management System in Denmark.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
• Planning and follow up on internal audit programs for all 4 certificates (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001) covering Grundfos in Denmark
• Act as Lead auditor on internal audits on minimum 3 standards
• Ensure sufficient quality level of audit by training, reviewing and sparring
• Together with stakeholders develop and improve processes linked to audits
• Monitoring KPI’s regarding Quality according to certificate
Your background:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Auditor, who is service minded and are passionate about processes and standards. We imagine that you:
• Have completed the Lead Auditor training
• Have experience with management systems (primarily ISO 9001, preferably also knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001)
• Have work experience from a production company including experience with communicating and training
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently
As a person you have a problem-solving mindset which naturally leads you to suggest improvements. Moreover, you are motivated to dig into complex material and then train, coach and support in it. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and have an analytic and structured approach to your work that enables you to prioritize efficiently.
