Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient processes, and excellent patient care.
Manage and coordinate administrative and clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Develop and implement protocols and procedures to optimize office efficiency and productivity.
Manage and maintain electronic health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.
Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide seamless care to patients.
Work efficiently alongside medical billing team to ensure all requests are met within the appropriate timeframe.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within a medical practice or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other office management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
