　　Investigate past due balances for patients and insurance companies and use practice management system to note changes in account

　　Field medical collections calls, both inbound and outbound

　　Supervise patient accounts and make revisions as necessary Requirements

　　medical billing

　　Experience with Collection operations

　　Proven knowledge of Collection Processes

　　Foundational knowledge in Cash Collections

　　Strong familiarity with Billing Collection

　　General familiarity with Heavily-Outbound

　　Practical knowledge of Inbound Outbound Calls

　　Well-founded grasp of Collections

　　Solid understanding of medical billing

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Deep knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

　　Minimum of 1 year of prior healthcare collections experience

　　High School diploma or equivalent required

　　Experience with Microsoft Office required

　　Previous experience working with an electronic medical system required
