JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform setup and changeovers of production equipmentPerform emergency machine repairs as needed Rebuild machinery as neededTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, andmechanical problems and take corrective action Read, analyze, andinterpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manualsand work orders to perform required maintenance Perform greasing andlubrication PMs on equipment. Complete all assigned preventativemaintenance and work orders in a timely manner Assist in maintainingparts and supplies inventory Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workarea Follow all plant safety, Good Manufacturing practices (GMP), SafeQuality Food practices (SQF), and sanitation rules and regulationsReport any plant safety, food safety and food quality related issues tomanagement immediately Maintain proactive and positive communicationwith your supervisor and coworkers Perform other duties as assigned****Position requirements**** Be a self-starter with the abilityto work unsupervised and within a team environment Hands on experiencewith 3 or more of these technical skills: electrical, AC/DC motorcontrols, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, lubricating,conveyors, and packaging equipment Ability to use a variety of hand andpower tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment Ability toapply and conduct good root cause analysis and troubleshootingtechniques Must have your own basic tools Must be able to read and writeEnglish ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Food processingand or industrial maintenance manufacturing experience is a plusElectrical knowledge of 3 phase 208/480VAC, control circuits of 110VACand 24DC Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting Working knowledge of weldingTIG, MIG and stick Experience with cutting torch, band saw, grinder,plasma cutter Experience with food safety programs is a plus (SQF.
