　　This full-time role is 100% onsite with the office located near S. Keller Road and W Kennedy Blvd, Orlando, FL.

　　Responsibilities

　　Thoroughly review and analyze accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the billing and collection process.

　　Actively listen to payer and patient concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding while working towards resolution.

　　Accurately document accounts with detailed information, maintaining organized and comprehensive records.

　　Read and interpret Explanation of Benefits to facilitate proper billing procedures.

　　Utilize analytical skills to navigate various tools and systems for efficient and effective collections.

　　Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers and payers.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Previous experience in medical billing and collections is preferred.

　　Proficient in using various tools and systems related to medical billing and collections.

　　Strong understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and insurance processes.

　　High School Diploma or GED.
