　　Position Responsibilities

　　Prepares patient for exam by obtaining and documenting vital signs, and chief complaint, and preparing patient for provider exam. Prepares exam room as required based on chief complaint.

　　Performs phlebotomy and obtains specimens for processing

　　Performs and certified in DOT and non DOT Urine Drug Screening

　　Performs and certified in Breath Alcohol Testing

　　Performs Respirator Fit Testing, Audio testing, CAOHC certification, Vision testing, obtaining EKG, administration of vaccines and completes required documentation as directed by company protocol under the supervision of the physician.

　　Completes all scanning and recording of results within Agility

　　Assists with daily patient care, assists clinician, prepares patient for testing/exam, responsible for efficient patient flow. Completes all physical and work comp paperwork- including scanning into Agility. Discharges patients when appropriate.

　　Performs daily regulatory testing as required and documents accordingly, to ensure that clinical equipment is accurate and compliant.

　　Maintains par level of clinical supplies for facility

　　Assists with Virtua’s system wide surveillance programs, (Flu vaccine, TB, Fit Testing, Laser Eye, Hearing conservation and work related communicable disease surveillance.

　　Assist Virtua compliance with Fit testing, TB assessment and Flu vaccine, Hearing conservation, Laser Eye testing, and communicable disease exposures. Participates in the system wide Infection Control Council

　　Identifies process improvements in daily operations and system wide surveillance programs. Provides feedback periodically during staff meetings.
