　　We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD . As a Software Developer, you will thrive in an Agile environment, utilizing your expertise in Research, Software Engineering, and Networking to develop mission-critical tools.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Collaborating as a key member of a small multi-disciplinary team, conducting platform research, and implementing solutions in C, C++, and Assembly.

　　Supporting unit, component, and system test activities, as well as contributing to readiness reviews and product release cycles.

　　Effectively communicating with the technical team, management, and the customer to provide progress updates, share plans, and address potential issues.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

　　Experience in system-level programming or development for embedded systems.

　　Proficiency in C/C++ development for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM architectures.

　　Familiarity with signal analysis tools like Wireshark.

　　Scripting experience using Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.

　　Comfortable working in the Linux operating system.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Development experience using C/C++ for PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM architectures.

　　Understanding of reverse engineering using tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.

　　Experience working in an Agile environment, utilizing the Atlassian suite.

　　Basic knowledge of Real-Time Operating Systems like VxWorks, Integrity, eCos, or POSIX-compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.

　　Fundamental understanding of network programming.

　　Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems, along with basic Configuration Management principles.

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Active/Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.Physical Requirements:

　　This position involves primarily sedentary work, including sitting, standing, walking, and talking. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent in a stationary position.

　　There may be a need to move about to accomplish tasks or travel between work sites (including customer sites).

　　Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Accurate information exchange is essential in these situations.

　　Work will involve using computers extensively.
