Provides general health and contraceptive information to clients, assists with medical procedures and performs clerical functions, while ensuring quality client care and excellent customer service. The Health Care Assistant provides direct services in family planning and, if assigned, abortion care and is responsible for customer service skills in person and on the telephone.
