This position will have split time between the Lorain and Rocky River location.SUMMARYThe Medical Assistant I - Clinical Support performs a variety of client care services in accordance with agency policies and in a courteous and professional manner. Provides general health and contraceptive information to clients, assists with medical procedures and performs clerical functions, while ensuring quality client care and excellent customer service. The Health Care Assistant provides direct services in family planning and, if assigned, abortion care and is responsible for customer service skills in person and on the telephone.
