　　Perform routine assembly operations of a repetitive nature, tests and inspects reusable catheters according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Assembly is performed by utilizing a microscope, precision instruments and test equipment. Work may be performed by reference to production drawings, samples as well as written and verbal instructions.

　　Responsibilities

　　Must read, understand and follow SOPs and production drawings

　　Performs assembly operations using a microscope

　　Solders wires, sensors, and connectors

　　Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, epoxy bonding, and stringing wires into catheters using wire shooters

　　Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture or other holding device

　　Performs visual inspection of jobs before leaving the production area

　　Tests completed assembly using an ohm meter

　　Cleans work surfaces and related equipment as required

　　May mix epoxies as needed

　　May cut electrodes and solder wires

　　Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager Reusable
