  Report To: Sr. Director of Media Strategy & Insights Department: Global Sales I Location: Remote or Hybrid (Pasadena, CA or Austin, TX)

  What You'll Be Doing:

  Supplyframe, recently acquired by Siemens, is looking for a Media Strategist to join our team to help innovate and deliver industry leading digital advertising solutions.

  As a Media Strategist, you will be tasked with helping to define and execute on Supplyframe's business strategy and roadmap for advertising solutions. You will identify opportunities to improve existing capabilities, as well as deliver new solutions for our media customers. You will be responsible for defining the business requirements and working closely with stakeholders across the organization to successfully deliver to market.

  The ideal candidate will be a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands on experience in managing a diverse portfolio of digital marketing channels.

  I. Strategy:

  Support creation and execution of Supplyframe's business strategy and roadmap for ad and content marketing capabilities / solutionsWork collaboratively across ad operations, product management, and engineering to develop and maintain an ad tech strategy to support and deliver against the business roadmapDefine and steward the business roadmap for ad capabilities and ad tech. Conduct business analysis, define product market fit, and forecast business opportunities. Provide business recommendations through thoughtful consideration of business value and drive alignment with stakeholders. Work cross functionally across engineering, product management, and ad operations to execute against the roadmap. Socialize roadmap to internal and external stakeholdersDesign, test, and monitor new ad capabilities to continuously enhance Supplyframe's market offerings and ensure industry best in class positionMonitor the media / digital marketing landscape and stay current with industry trends, competitive offerings, best prices, tools, and market needsDevelop and share media case studies, research, analysis, and best practices with internal and external stakeholdersProvide consultative support to account team and strategic customers as Supplyframe SME for media

  II. Execution:

  Prototype and deliver new ad capabilities. Drive from concept, design, prototype, to production and adoption by the marketCreate comprehensive business requirements documentation for product management to deliver new solutions / enhance existing capabilities. Work with cross functionally to deliver these capabilities to marketCreate product marketing collateral to support sales team (media kits, solutions guides, product training)Support account teams with account and campaign planning. Develop strategic proposals, pitch decks, and tiered pricing modelsDrive quarterly / annual media business planning and forecasting for financeConduct ad hoc media / marketing analysis as needed by the businessIdentify and support efforts around network expansion / growth opportunitiesManage 3rd party partnerships supporting our media solutions

  Who/What We Are Looking For:

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar disciplines2 - 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, channel marketing, product management, or media buyingIntermediate understanding of all digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, programmatic, video, social, content marketing, email marketing)Analytical mindset. Ability to conduct detailed campaign analysisDemonstrates attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaboratively across the organizationExperienced with web analytics platforms (Adobe, Google analytics)Ability to work collaboratively across functions and stakeholders

  Preferred, But Not Required:

  An understanding of the global electronics supply chain.

  The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $168,100 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
