　　The Role

　　Researches, prepares and produces professional graphic designs for training, sales, promotion, documentation, and other communicative purposes for both internal and external audiences. Consults with user to determine appropriate medium, creates product concepts, plans production, and produces media to include website/SharePoint design, interactive PDF, computer graphics, animation, printed manuals, job aids, posters and brochures. Ability to create original work and manipulate previous work. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite graphic design tools.

　　May act as liaison with vendors ensuring scheduling, costs and quality requirements are met.

　　Must Have

　　Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience

　　One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:

　　NNS Apprentice School graduate

　　Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate

　　Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience

　　Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience

　　High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience

　　High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

　　Nice to Have

　　Ability to ​​​​​create 3D technical animations.

　　Ability to produce quality work products that have a professional/polished design.

　　Ability to manage a project from concept-to-finished product.​​​
