　　Basic Job Functions:

　　Nucor Steel West Virginia is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor that is an integral member of the leadership team and must be committed to excellence in everything we do. The primary duties will be to lead and develop the team with respect to safety, reliability, quality, costs, and project management. The supervisor will be responsible for the development and execution of reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment for plant operations in multiple applications.

　　Nucor Steel West Virginia is Nucor's new sheet mill with advanced steelmaking capabilities. This is a greenfield project, which is estimated to be operational in 2025. The new steel mill will employ 800 full-time teammates producing up to 3 million tons per year at one of the most technologically advanced sheet mills. This advanced manufacturing facility is to be located along the Ohio River in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV. This is a full-time position located at our offices in Mason County, WV.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Two years of experience in a leadership position.

　　Two years of experience in mechanical system management.

　　Four years of heavy industrial manufacturing experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Four-year degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

　　Construction/Equipment upgrade experience.
