　　SWX Construction is a fast-growing company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. We specialize in commercial facilities, especially in the food processing sector. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager & Estimator with a background in industrial and commercial mechanical/process piping installation. This candidate will join our team and help us deliver successful projects to our clients.

　　· Develop project bids based upon customer requirements.

　　· Coordinate with other disciplines to develop project schedules and milestones.

　　· Manage projects from bid to completion with minimal oversight.

　　· Manage project team to ensure successful project completion.

　　· Develop and maintain positive client relationships.

　　· This position will require travel and overnight stays for the duration of each jobsite

　　Skills and Requirements

　　· 2+ years in project Estimating

　　· 2+ years of Industrial Projects with Commercial Mechanical/Process Piping Installations.

　　· Proven Track record of successful projects of $250K or more.

　　· Knowledge of applicable codes relating to general construction.

　　· Proficient with current technologies and software:

　　o Microsoft Office

　　o Adobe PDF

　　o Email

　　o AutoCAD (a plus)

　　o Procore (a plus)

　　· Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints · Bilingual null
