  Department: Facilities

  The Mechanical Infrastructure Supervisor is a lead member of our building operations team, supervising essential facility maintenance, repairs and operations in our new state-of-art Headquarters. This position will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring "hands-on" day-to-day critical facility infrastructure maintenance, repairs and operations. Primary areas of responsibilities are the data center and critical production center, but may also extend to other building facilities duties, as directed.

  Candidates must have a strong work ethic, analytical skills with results orientation and excellent problem-solving skills in a highly energetic and fast paced environment.

  Working conditions:

  The normal work environment is an office setting; however, this position will be expected to frequently interface with mechanics and/or engineers in the media production environment. The manufacturing areas may be outdoors (cold temperature extremes) or indoors (high temperature extremes). This environment also requires the use of PPE such as hearing protection, hard hat, safety glasses, and protective shoes. Certain areas in the manufacturing buildings also require hair nets, beard/mustache covers and Tyvek clothing. Certain areas restrict the use of unapproved electronic devices.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Monthly Mechanical operating parameter, maintenance, capacity and efficiency reporting and review expectationsSupervise and perform inspections, associated with critical operationsMaintain Critical Spare Parts inventory and reporting LibraryAnalyze and troubleshoot complex systems failuresCoordinate installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems, building control systemsManage and document critical infrastructure work orders and service requestsManage vendor activities, monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced maintenance operationsInteract with facility CMMS manager to streamline comfort control efficienciesManage and administrate building control systems and electrical equipment monitoring platformDevelop and maintain operational process, procedures and operational policiesDevelop and improve preventative maintenance programs, schedules, work instructions, SOP's and operational proceduresProvide routine reporting

  Qualifications:

  Five years' experience as a facility engineer, preferably in computer room/data center environments, or similar experience.Knowledge of and experience with critical building electrical systems, chillers, mechanical systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, building control and monitoring systems and security equipmentCT D2 or S2 licenses requiredExperience in building controls, electrical & UPS systems. Ability to quickly learn such systems, utilizing operations manuals, blue prints and similar documentationAbility to lift up to 80 pounds and operate a variety of hand and power toolsFlexibility to work any shift and/or on weekends.Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair.Universal Technician for CFCsExperience with BMS, Smart Building and CMMS software systems a plus
