Description:
Development of project scope of work insuring that functional requirements are met in accordance with company specifications. Submission of complete and accurate project cost estimates to the project cost analyst. Procurement of material in accordance with company’s material management policies. Perform technical reviews of vendor quotations and engineering drawings. Manage contractor bidding process in accordance with the company’s contracting policies. Ensure all required projects permits and clearances are obtained prior to the start of construction. Manage assigned projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedule and approved budget. Provide any necessary support to the cost controls group for the completion of the company’s required cost reporting. Insure that complete and accurate project as built documentation is submitted in accordance with the Company’s records management policy. Communicate directly with key stakeholders to assure all project work is performed in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to gas through put. Ensuring compliance with all applicable corporate, state, federal, API, and ASME standards, regulations and procedures for design and construction.
