　　We are looking to add a mechanical engineer to our team full time to lead projects in building systems locally to Des Moines. This is a local employee owned consulting firm that has been in business for over 15 years and as the operation has been constantly growing ins size of clients and projects, the opportunity has opened up to add another talented ME to the team. You will have access to owners on a regulars basis and regular incentives including bonuses and profit sharing. PTO and Holiday pay included as well as competitive compensation. 75% of the employees have been there for over 15 years, and you would have direct access to mentorship from these tenured engineers. Day to day you will be leading projects that produce specifications for HVAC, Plumbing, and Sprinkler systems for commercial buildings and will juggle client facing for 2-4 projects at a time providing updates on the mechanical portion of the project.

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

　　7+ years of experience post grad in mechanical commercial design

　　Consulting experience

　　Licensed Professional Engineer required, preferably within the State of Iowa

　　Direct experience with HVAC commercial building systems design

　　MEP

　　Mechanical design

　　HVAC

　　Plumbing design and Sprinkler systems
