　　Description

　　KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

　　Execute internal Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities on assets in operating in all departments including manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, as per assigned job plans and approved protocols

　　Agile response to solve unpredicted failures and malfunctions of the equipment

　　Collaborate with the equipment owners (in coordination with Sr. V&C Specialist) to maintain the assets in proper functional condition (could be consisting of routine maintenance/cleanings of equipment as per the supplier recommendations and instructions)

　　Maintain and keep up-to-date the inventory of the assets’ spare parts, requisites and accessories

　　Continuous oversight of tasks and work orders assigned in Maximo application

　　Initiate and/or proceed with service requests in Maximo application

　　Have oversight (in person) over the works that are performed on-site, including supervision of external contractors/engineers/technicians

　　Develop records and reports affiliated to his/her work orders

　　Take part in the training programs assigned to his/her position (within the organization or at the vendor/supplier site)

　　Qualifications

　　REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND TRAININGS

　　Education:

　　At least MBO, relevant degree or equivalent qualification in equipment engineering/maintenance.Experience and Skills:

　　Essential

　　Properly experienced and have adequate knowledge in equipment maintenance and relevant technical professions.

　　Practical experience in corrective maintenance and relevant documentation.

　　Sufficient insight and familiarity with process/laboratorial equipment and instruments (preferably Medical Device).

　　Able to work on-site and agile/effective reflect in unpredicted equipment failure.

　　Flexible and stress resilient.

　　Required:

　　Familiar with equipment qualifications including documentation and implementation of the qualification protocols.

　　Capable of following instructions and implementing his/her learnings in practice effectively.

　　Familiar with technical terminology regarding equipment to follow the relevant instructions and create relevant reports.

　　Able to work with equipment management software implemented in the organization (Maximo).

　　Fluent in English and skilled in communications in a professional manner.

　　Preferred:

　　Experience with Maximo or similar asset management platforms

　　Experience in a regulated / GMP environment

　　Experience with ISO 13485

　　Language skills, Dutch, English
