About Retail Store Manager 1 - Focus

  Job Description:

  Overall Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of the daily retail store operation. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Oversees the overall daily operation of a retail store. Responsibilities include supervising store employees, coaching and developing employees to succeed, hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling of employees. Manages store to ensure that it meets sales performance and profitability criteria. Manages employees to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversees the maintenance of inventories at adequate levels, directs the promotion of sales, and supervises the maintenance of the appearance of the store. Completes accounting and reports associated with cash receipts and prices. Oversees store product inventory. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 1 to 5 years retail, customer facing, sales experience, 2 years sales management experience preferred. Supervisory: Yes.

  Our most successful Store Managers have:

  Excellent communication and leadership skills

  Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

  Prior management experience

  Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

  Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

  The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

  Our Retail Store Managers earn between $66,100 - $99,100 + $22,000 + in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

  Our retail careers allow you to optimize your earning potential by working during stores busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. Store Managers are paid a competitive salary and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding their store’s sales objectives.
