　　Primary challenge in this position is to work out all necessary stock in order to fill meat cases within time allotted. Emphasis is on readying meat cases for daily sales. Position requires working efficiently and at a steady pace in order to complete assigned tasks. The Meat Manager establishes work priorities.As the Meat Clerk I, you will help will maintain a high standard of cleanliness, stock levels and customer service in the meat department. Duties include assisting customers, building displays, stocking shelves, and assisting when needed with preparing and displaying items in the service counter.
