　　This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Catheter Engineer ,you will be responsible for:

　　Leading engineering solutions related to ICEcatheter design and manufacture.

　　Leading engineering efforts and takingresponsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting projects related toelectro-mechanical devices, components, tools, and processes.

　　Creating CAD models for ICE catheter designs andnew related technologies.

　　Creating CAD models and drawings for process andtesting tooling.

　　Facilitating communication between manufacturingand development engineering groups in different countries.

　　Document engineering work, which may becompleted by other engineers.

　　Conduct independent technical reviews andanalysis of using the solid models using standards mechanical engineeringprinciples.

　　Prepare drawing design specifications, analysesand recommendations for presentation and team review.

　　Design electronic packaging for miniatureelectronic devices.

　　Design sterile barrier packaging for medicaldevices.

　　Interact with suppliers to ensure procurement ofcomponents needed for your projects

　　This position may suit you best if you are familiarwith what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers:

　　Solid modeling and drafting, especially in Creoand Windchill.

　　Medical device development and manufacturingprocesses.

　　Experience writing verification plans,protocols, conducting verification testing, and compiling reports.

　　You have excellent communication skills and cancollaborate with engineers of all levels, assemblers, and technicians.

　　Experience in developing ergonomicelectromechanical fixtures or tools is desired.

　　Required skills to have for the success of this role:

　　Minimum of 5 years in medical device engineering.

　　Batchelor’s degree in mechanical or relatedfield. Or 10+ years relevant experience.

　　Experience leading projects within engineeringgroups.

　　Proven ability to create mechanical models in 3DCAD (CREO preferred).

　　Experience in the medical device industrydeveloping Class III Medical Devices preferred.

　　The pay range for this position is $120,000 -$140,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
