Description: Press Tech Associate

　　This is a team oriented role, you will be working on a Stamping press machine with 3-8 people depending on the project. Our goal is to develop you into a Press Tech 1 who will run precision Stamping and Pressing machines that will press, form, and bend metal to very tight tolerances. Our techs will read blueprints, set up the dies and tools on the machinery, and learn to troubleshoot machines. Our Tech level ones will inspect the parts on the machines, ensure the machinery is pressing accurately, and the products are to spec. Towards the end of you training our Press Techs will need little to no supervision and should understand how to work alongside there team to complete work orders.

　　Training: Quality Training Process

　　We will expect to see our candidates getting along with the team and are capable of doing the physicality of the job. (80% of the time you will be picking things up an putting them down). You will be placed into our quality training process which includes learning the basics of micrometers, calipers, measuring, angles, and logging in and out of IFS. After completing the testing you will be set up on various presses and learn the process of running work orders.

　　This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, problem solving, shop math, and troubleshooting capabilities.

　　Shift Available: 1st - 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday $19.00/hour
