　　Description:

　　Actalent is hiring for a Maximo consultant to help integrate and configurate Maximo into automotive OEM facilities.

　　Serve as the technical function expert for NA regional computerized asset maintenance management system (Maximo) by developing and directing system configuration, integration, operation and deployment across all North American manufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlled processes are in place to maximize business value and support plant characteristics enhancement.

　　Support the development and implementation of strategies including plans & targets to standardize, improve the business operating capabilities of the Maximo system for the region.

　　Determine system configuration based on user requirements that aligns system processes, work standards and methods to support the sustainment and governance of all aspects of an enterprise-wide asset management system.

　　Support prioritization of change requests through accurate estimation of work required to benefit of request.

　　Develop and sustain training content aligning with system standards.

　　Work effectively with local plant departments and regional IT to ensure system standards are created, documented, and sustained.

　　Lead testing, verification, and documentation of system changes. Confirm system requirements are met during appropriate UAT timing and assure countermeasure application on system before change release.

　　Develop and implement recommendations to solve root cause issues and prevent recurring problems (system sustainment)

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Minimum Educational Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in any of engineering/technical areas: computer science, software or computer, information technology, or any other equivalent degree provided with the required experience

　　Minimum Experience

　　7+ years of experience in functional configuration/development of CMMS system with focus on the automotive industry w/ Bachelor’s degree

　　10+ years of experience with relevant responsibilities

　　Other Job-Specific Skills

　　Systems technology experience in CMMS systems (Maximo or equivalent), knowledge of maintenance management systems, change management, MS Office. Thorough understanding of Honda Philosophy and Core Values
