Genesis10 is seeking a Materials Management Associate Lead for a contract with our manufacturing client in Springfield, OH. Hours: 7am-3:30PM. 30 min unpaid lunch. (40 hours per week with some OT)Key Responsibilities:Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems.Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.May ensure incoming materials are properly routed.May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.As a level in the Support Track, work is completing specific tasks or activities supporting implementation and administration.Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.Likely to act as informal team leader or resource, coaching and instructing colleagues with less experience.Required Basic Qualifications:Fully proficient applying established standards and works independently, performing assignments that require considerable judgment and initiative.Understands implications of work, identifies key issues, and makes recommendations for solutions.
