Job Description Summary

　　Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

　　Roles and Responsibilities:

　　Ensure transfer Data from PLM (Enovia) to ERP, enhancing items with pertinent data provided by engineering (lead time, GECC…) and creation of associated purchase request when necessary

　　Ensure that all the data are clean in ERP (PMX)

　　Provide the complete purchasing package to sourcing team

　　Launch RFQ to correct Commodity based on GECC code

　　Ensure follow-up of ongoing RFQ to make sure all parts are purchased to avoid any missing

　　Participate in weekly meeting with management of each project

　　Interact with planning to regularly update key dates and supply any information planning needs to be updated with PFL

　　Manage the re-supply of “missing” items based on the inputs given by the Project Manager

　　Update project monitoring file with all info as well as other relevant files for the project

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree from an accredited university

　　Relevant/Proven experience in similar positions in the Material Planning& Execution or Supply Chain field

　　Fluent in English

　　Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access…)

　　Overall Planning follow up knowledge

　　Desired Qualifications:

　　Experience in the Energy industry / Hydropower projects is a strong plus

　　SAP based ERP Systems knowledge

　　Ability and ownership to drive improvements and change with tangible results

　　Self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible

　　Capable to challenges the status quo and endless curiosity
