　　Robert Half is working with a company in the aerospace industry to find a Material Handler. This is a full time position in Longmont. It is 100% in office, and is paying up to $55k . 　　Job Description:

　　Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against packing lists or invoices.

　　Inspect and record the condition of received goods, noting any damages or discrepancies.

　　Unload, unpack, and organize incoming materials or products in designated storage areas.

　　Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely, labeling packages, and completing shipping documentation.

　　Coordinate with carriers and schedule pick-ups or deliveries as needed.

　　Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

　　Maintain organized inventory levels and update inventory records regularly.

　　Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies.

　　Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials within the facility.

　　Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal material requests and transfer goods between locations.

　　Monitor and enforce safety procedures related to shipping, receiving, and material handling.

　　Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to address any shipping or receiving issues.

　　Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

　　Participate in training programs related to safety, compliance, and job-specific procedures.

　　Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in shipping and receiving operations.

　　Requirements

　　Required experience as a material handler.

　　Ability to lift over 50 lbs
