　　KEY JOB ELEMENTS:

　　• Dedicated Point-of-Contact to support OQR (Open Quote Report) management

　　• Responsible for the creation and distribution of OQR summary metrics - weekly analysis of "at risk" items

　　• Follow up with Procurement Coordinators to ensure on time submission of urgent customer quote requests

　　• Responsible for the review & action of procurement team Quote Tracker

　　• Create and close RFQs via ISupplier

　　• Provide models, prints, and bills of materials, for release to suppliers, as required

　　• Support quarterly pricing audit

　　• Support Customer price verification activities, as required

　　• Investigate and respond to AMMT quoting inquiries

　　• Support status review meetings

　　• Create & maintain work instructions

　　• Work with internal customers and Supply Chain Management towards continuous improvements for internal processes and structures

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must Haves

　　• Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with emphasis on advanced Excel/Access capabilities

　　• Excellent organizational, analytical and decision making skills

　　Preferred

　　• University degree or College diploma with a focus in Business/Materials Management/Purchasing

　　• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

　　• Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management

　　• Capable of using Oracle, with respect to navigation and exporting of data

　　• Ability to travel (5% Canadian) and possess/able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
