If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you're going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The OpportunityMove raw materials, product components and finished goods to assigned location.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations and set up, if required.Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, FFF, and suitability for storage/equipment.Load inbound and outbound freight, as needed.Ensure product/product locators are processed into SAP correctly.Operate equipment, such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper, etc.Tap silos and follow rail car processes, as needed.Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.Other duties as assigned.Performance Measures and OutcomesSafety metricsCustomer complaints/Failed dock auditsOn-time shipmentsWork Experience1-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or fabrication settingTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
