Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the movement of merchandise through various stages of shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and order fulfillment.
This is a long-term opportunity within a bustling warehouse team of 7-10 people, situated in a larger facility with approximately 200 dedicated employees. You can expect to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Ensuring the accuracy of goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
Maintaining meticulous records of goods and addressing any unsatisfactory items.
Packaging products and preparing them for final shipment, including recording weights and shipping charges.
Operating material handling equipment, such as a forklift, and lifting heavy items as required.
Keeping precise records of merchandise shipped.
Reviewing customer orders and managing the stock and distribution of merchandise, products, and materials within inventory warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.

Skills:
1+ years of experience in warehouse
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
