Your Role: What you'll be doing
Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterpriseprogram goalsTrack and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecastsConduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysisDevelop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadershipDrive accountability on scheduling deliverablesManage schedule data for complex programsGenerate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues andbrief stakeholders and senior management.Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfyprogram schedule requirements.Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviewsIncorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding workagainst each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedulebaselinesRecommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and tradesStrategic business partner with the Program Management Team
Your Background: What education and experience you'll needRequires a bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of experience.
Your Background: What skills you'll need
Must have a strong background and Experience in Earned Value Management(EVM) techniques and in Cost Management/Planning/Scheduling.Must have demonstrated the appropriate communication skills to interactsuccessfully with program and finance leaders.Strong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Strong understanding of Critical Path Analysis.Ability to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions.Ability to develop an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrateddeep dive.Strong understanding of process flows from engineering to production to finalproduct.This candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize program and customerrequirements, execute on personal and company commitments, and deliverresults on time in a demanding environment.The depth and breadth of the candidates planning knowledge base, leadershipskills, and interpersonal and presentation skills must be proven anddemonstrable.Demonstrated Schedule analysis experience.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)$94,395 - $147,470
