We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time sales associate (25 hours per week) for our Kirkland, WA location. Applicants must be flexible to work varying schedules: holidays, days, nights and/or weekends. Please be sure to include a complete resume when applying.Job Description:Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales.Maintain store visual objectives and housekeeping expectations.Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives.Provide positive feedback and encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.Consistent written and verbal communication with store management.Responsible for shift opening and closing store functions.Ensure store is opened with preparedness and secured at closing.Creates and executes daily planner and communicates expectations with staff.Complies with all company policies and procedures and ensures store team is compliant.Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end.Escalate store issues in a timely manner; identify and act to solve problems and recommend improvements.Other tasks as assigned.Job Expectations:Self-motivated, sales driven and prioritizes customer serviceSupports a team environmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsEffective problem solving skillsComputer/POS systems and software skillsAble to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekendsProven ability to communicate effectively with store employees, management and customers.
