Primary Role: Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop, define, and document repair best practices. Creation of training curriculum and content of fiberglass repair best practices. Conduct fiberglass repair trainings for both Latham and non-Latham personnel. Assist field service technicians with technical questions and escalations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Definition and documentation of fiberglass repair best practices.
Development of training curriculum and content related to fiberglass repair best practices.
Delivery of repair trainings to both Latham and non-Latham personnel.
Provide technical assistance to technicians remotely or in field.
Provide technical assistance to the Warranty/ Quality organization for RCA and claim evaluation.
Completion of high complexity/ priority fiberglass field repairs.
Other duties as needed by Field Service leadership.
Qualifications/Skills:
High School diploma preferred but not required
15-years fiberglass repair experience required
Excellent Customer service, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to resolve conflict diplomatically
Mastery level understanding of pools, equipment, and water chemistry required.
Frequent travel required.
