QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE TEAM LEAD
Six months or more preferred, experience in retail sales or demonstrated potential for management as evidenced by successful progression through a position of increasing responsibility and authority.
Use of personal judgment and information to make business decisions and solve problems.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to perform a wide range of duties.
