About Front Desk Receptionist

　　REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to operate of softwareplatforms- Familiar with proper phone etiquette- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information

　　PREFERRED SKILLS:- Strong organizational skills- The ability to balance multiple tasks- Previous experience as a receptionist

　　DUTIES:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information tocallers- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

　　WAGE: $16.50 - $20.50

　　BENEFITS:- Paid sick time

　　DAYS AND HOURS:- Part time

　　JOB SITE:- Grand Junction
