The MarTech PM role will be aligned to the Marketing Capabilities team within the Marketing + Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services group. Specifically, the MarTech PM role will be part of the MarTech Enablement & Governance team that governs our Marketing technology stack. It is also part of the wider team that owns the MarTech Roadmap for Accenture.
Responsibilities
Project manage governance projects via populating and maintaining documentation and tasks in relation to the specific tool request
Collaborate with M+C stakeholders, to ensure request requirements are thoroughly documented and understood
Assess requirements against existing M+C Tool Directory to determine if there is an existing tool to meet the needs
Research functionality and requirements to determine list of possible vendor tools, conduct vendor demos and assessments, and compare them against the required goals and objectives (use cases) that the requesting team has provided
Populate the vendor assessment report, create the recommendation document, and present findings to review boards and leadership
Manage the Tool registration form for the new request, on Monday.com to update the M+C Tool Directory for approved and deployed new technology solutions
As new capabilities are implemented, partner with the Capabilities Change Management team on roll-out and promotion of new technology capability
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years as project manager coordinator or similar role
Proficient with MS Office tools and experience with project management tools
Organized and able to self manage own operational executional plan
Understanding of marketing capabilities /tools, focus on SaaS solutions
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally both internal and external
Problem solving capabilities- ability to propose solutions
Written and presentation skills anchored in best practices
Listening skills with ability to understand needs
Understanding of MS Teams
Familiarity with Data Privacy especially around the retention and use of personal information
Familiarity with process flows and workflow definition
Great English skills
Marketing & Technology experience is a plus
