Job Title:Solution Delivery Lead - Corporate SystemsLocation:OH - ColumbusWhat you'll do:The role will be responsible for directing a team of application developers and support experts that play a critical role in the development, monitoring and maintenance of Corporate Systems at Western Alliance Bank.The role includes a development management component. The development team supports the delivery of projects that require the build out of new capabilities. Seeking individuals with strong customer management expertise.5+ years leading people and developing expertise to manage a scaling environment, working to develop opportunities for people from within the organization and growing a team to be a leading contributor to our future success.Demonstrated leadership capabilities to communicate effectively in challenging situations and within various groups, teams and executive leadership.Bachelor's degree required.
